This is a basic belly dancing class for body types of all sizes and fitness levels including beginner students or those with some eperience. Each class will begin and end with warm-up/cool down and progress through basic belly dance movements. Get fit, have fun, expand your self-confidence and self-expression. Wear cool, coimfortable clothes, and bring a small towel(you will perspire). Dancing in bare feet or dance slippers is recommended
