Recognize common embryologic origins of the eye and skin and how ectodermal disorders can effect ocular development. 3. Understand the important role of the tear film and how certain dematologic conditions may effect it.4. Review dermatologic conditions where ophthalmologic referral is important to patient outcome.5. Emphasize cutaneous tumors that have special considerations with the eye.6.
