The Symposium, which 
 is free and open to the public, will be held in the Law School’s Spencer M
 . Partrich Auditorium. It will be divided into three panel sessions and wi
 ll feature locally and nationally renowned tax law experts. The first pane
 l is from 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. and is titled “Overview of the MBT: What change
 s and why now?” The second, from 3 – 4:15 p.m., is titled “Incentivizing D
 oing Business in Michigan” and the third, from 4:30 – 5:45 p.m., is titled
  “Consequences of a Gross Receipts Levy within the MBT.”
